- If you do not trust my expertise, please refrain from booking an appointment.
- Once your appointment has begun, hairstyle changes will not be accommodated.

📌 Client Expectations
- If you have not selected the wash and dry service, your hair must be shampooed and blow-dried before arrival. Failure to meet this expectation will result in a $25 fee.
- For mobile appointments, the service area must be well-lit, spacious, and temperature-regulated to ensure product effectiveness. If conditions are unsuitable, your appointment will be canceled.

- Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash are also accepted.

📌 Travel Fees
- Travel fees vary based on location, ranging from $20 - $50.

📌 Privacy Policy

📌 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a $15 fee.
